Mr. Rogers Windows is hiring a Promotional Team Lead to grow our brand and generate quality leads—not from behind a desk, but out in the community. You’ll work in retail stores, community events, and local neighborhoods—coaching your team and making real connections that drive results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of marketing promoters
• Generate leads by engaging directly with customers in person
• Represent our brand at retail locations, events, and neighborhoods
• Set up and maintain clean, professional demo stations
• Motivate your team to meet and exceed daily/weekly goals
• Answer customer questions and explain services clearly
• Track personal and team performance
• Report issues with locations or operations to management
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager on team success

• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends (Sunday–Saturday)
• Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods

Benefits

• Full-time (40 hour/week)
• $62,500 – $70,000 annually (including bonuses)
• $500 Sign on bonus
