Consultant, Training Specialist
- Deliver recorded end-user training sessions for application releases based on user needs and operational requirements
- Develop demonstration videos to highlight new feature capabilities by release
- Translate functional and technical system changes into end-user training materials
- Design and develop practical learning assets for defined user groups
- Support training administration and logistics associated with training delivery
- Provide subject-matter support for application and analytics training under the contract

The team works across application implementations and analytics initiatives to help end users adopt new capabilities through practical, role-based learning solutions. - Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering end-user training for enterprise applications, software implementations, or analytics tools
- 2+ years of experience creating recorded training sessions, demonstration videos, and written training materials for system releases or feature updates
- 2+ years of experience using content authoring tools to develop digital learning assets and training materials
- 2+ years of experience translating functional or technical system changes into training content for defined end-user audiences
- Active Secret security clearance
- Ability to travel up to 5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Experience supporting training for federal government or Government and Public Services environments
- Experience supporting application release training cycles
- Experience developing role-based training for multiple end-user groups
- Experience supporting training administration, scheduling, and delivery logistics
- Experience working with learning management systems
- Experience supporting application and analytics training in a contract-based environment
