We are seeking a driven, articulate, and customerâ€'focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our highâ€'performing service division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastâ€'paced environment, excels at communication, and enjoys helping customers begin their luxuryâ€'vehicle buying journey. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for online and phone inquiries—building rapport, setting appointments, and supporting the sales team in creating an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to internet, phone, and chat inquiries
- Set and confirm sales appointments for the dealership
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with luxury brand standards
- Collaborate with sales management to support lead flow and appointment goals
- Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics
Qualifications – BDR:
- Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling high-volume lead activity
- Professional, polished, and customerâ€'centric demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- CRM experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
