Community Outreach Representative - Entry Level
We’re hiring an Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative to join our team supporting local events, nonprofit awareness campaigns, and community engagement initiatives. This is a hands-on role perfect for individuals who want real-world experience in public engagement, grassroots marketing, and event support.
No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow your skills in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with community members in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner
Assist with community outreach events, awareness campaigns, and public tabling
Distribute informational materials and communicate key messages effectively
Represent nonprofits and socially responsible brands at public events
Educate the public on programs, initiatives, and social causes
Collect attendee feedback and track engagement data
Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, dependable, and motivated to make a positive impact
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
