About Us:
Since 1996, we’ve been a trusted leader in high-end residential green services and sustainable arboriculture throughout the Metro DC region. We’re more than just a tree care provider—we’re advocates for healthier landscapes, committed to preserving and enhancing the environment with science, care, and integrity.
The Opportunity:

- Share best practices in the field and support continuous learning
- Ensure Safety and Compliance:
- Model safe practices in all treatments and equipment usage
- Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold environmental stewardship standards
- Deliver Exceptional Client Service:
- Build strong relationships with clients, advising them on plant health care needs
- Explain treatment plans clearly and answer client questions with professionalism
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional services as appropriate
- Collaborate for Operational Success:
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and general tree work teams for seamless service
- Provide feedback to improve workflows and enhance customer satisfaction
Why Join Us?

- Paid holidays and PTO
- Ongoing training and continuing education support
- Career growth pathways into advanced roles
- A supportive, values-driven team environment
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in tree and shrub care or plant healthcare services
- A Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain)
- Strong understanding of IPM (Integrated Pest Management) principles
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental responsibility
- Team player who enjoys mentoring and collaborating with others
