Job Title: Machine Operator Assistant – Slitter Equipment

About the Role

Are you mechanically inclined and looking to grow your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Join our team as a Machine Operator and take charge of operating advanced slitter machines to produce high-quality foil rolls. Your precision and attention to detail will help drive our production success.

What You’ll Do

• 🔧Set Up & Operate: Configure machine settings, blades, and cores based on product specs.
• 🧪Quality Control: Inspect finished rolls for tension, alignment, and adherence to quality standards.
• ⚙️Optimize Performance: Monitor operations and make adjustments to reduce waste and downtime.
• 🛠️Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting to keep machines running smoothly.
• 📝Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs and records.
• 🧼Workplace Care: Keep your area clean, organized, and safe.

What You Bring

• ✅ Experience in machine operation or production environments.
• 🧠 Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• 📏 Ability to read and interpret job specs and quality standards.
• 👀 Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Previous experience with slitter machines or similar manufacturing equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
