General Dermatologist Virginia Beach (Virginia Beach)

Atlantic Dermatology Associates, P.c., is a well-established, physician-owned, private practice located in Virginia Beach. We have served the Coastal Virginia community for almost 50 years. Our practice is currently composed of five General Dermatologist and one Mohs surgeon. We have no private equity attachments and, as a physician-owned and physician-managed practice, we strongly value our autonomy and the ability to conduct ourselves in a manner that we believe is ethical and proper for both our patients and ourselves.

We are currently seeking either a full time or part time General Dermatologist. Because our patient base and referral volume is greater than our current capacity, we can offer a full patient panel immediately. We currently offer a short track to partnership, plenty of autonomy, and the flexibility to set your own schedule. The opportunity for partnership is available regardless of full or part time status. We have no mid-level providers to supervise. We see patients on an outpatient basis only.

Our main office is located in Virginia Beach near the Oceanfront. We also currently maintain a small, part-time (one provider, one day a week) clinic in Cape Charles to serve the Eastern Shore community. Patient demand on the Eastern Shore is very high and a new physician would have the option to work at that location only if desired. We offer the option of a guaranteed base salary with the opportunity for additional productivity compensation or compensation based purely on productivity. We offer a market-rate signing bonus, applicable relocation expenses, CME allowance, health, vision, dental and malpractice insurance. Partnership opportunities are also available for the groups owner-occupied building.

We recently moved into a spacious 10,000 sf newly renovated medical building located 2 miles from the oceanfront. Our practice offers both surgical and medical dermatology and is the only practice in the Hampton Roads area currently conducting patch testing. We have nbUVB, excimer laser, and Blu U/PDT treatment options. For charting we offer EMR (EMA Dermatology by Mod Med) or to chart on paper. We also offer the opportunity to build a cosmetic practice.

Virginia Beach is an oceanfront community with a low cost of living and superior public schools. It is part of the extended Hampton Roads area which offers abundant outdoor opportunities for the beach, boating, fishing, water sports, hiking and biking. Virginia Beach is an approximately 3-hour drive from the DC Metro area, 2 hours from Richmond, and less than an hour to historic Colonial Williamsburg. #J-18808-Ljbffr
