Client Service Representative - Entry Level
We are actively hiring a motivated, customer-focused Entry-Level Client Service Representative to join our growing team! This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in client services, customer support, and relationship management .
No previous experience is required — we provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing professional development to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients , delivering professional, friendly, and timely customer support
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and personalized service
Address and resolve client questions, concerns, and service requests efficiently
Track and document client feedback, identifying opportunities to improve processes and satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Support new client onboarding and provide ongoing assistance to ensure a positive experience
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Positive attitude with confidence in interacting with clients and team members
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
