Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A travel Occupational Therapist position is available for the 2026/2027 school year, working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade in Yorktown, VA. This role involves serving at two to three school locations, providing comprehensive occupational therapy services within educational settings.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Virginia Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
Job Details:
- Position spans the entire 2026/2027 school year.
- Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Services provided to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Assignment includes travel to 2-3 school sites within the Yorktown area.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student development.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance students' functional abilities.
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet educational goals.
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with school and state regulations.
