Ivalua - Functional Analyst

Description

Consultant needs to be onsite 3 days a week. Worksite location will vary week to week between Reston, Mclean, DC, and Bethesda.

Job Title: Ivalua Functional Analyst (L2 Certified)

Experience

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Ivalua

• Strong functional expertise in procurement solutions

Key Requirements

• L2 Certification in Ivalua (preferred) or equivalent practical experience

• Proven experience with:

o System configuration within Ivalua

o Setting up and managing staging environments

o Supporting functional demos and solution walkthroughs

• Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Ivalua modules based on business needs

• Prepare and manage demo and staging environments

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements

• Provide functional support and troubleshooting

• Assist with testing, deployment, and user adoption activities

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement

• Ability to work independently and within a team

Skills

Ivalua, L2 cert nice to have or equal skills, BA

Good written and verbal skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of McLean, VA.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
