Attorney (Licensed in Virginia) – Remote with Required In-Person Hearings
Location: Remote (within Virginia, with in-person court appearances)

About Stillman Law Office:
Stillman Law Office is a multi-state Creditors' Rights law firm specializing in Consumer and Commercial Collections and Insurance Subrogation . We are currently seeking attorneys licensed to practice in Virginia . This position offers the flexibility to work remotely but requires in-person court appearances across the state of Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in in-person court appearances across Virginia as required.
• Conduct legal research, review case materials, and draft pleadings and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful case management while meeting deadlines in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment .
• Maintain effective communication with team members and clients, contributing to case strategies and updates.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing a large caseload while adhering to strict deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia .
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Admission to any of the following states is a plus but not required:
  • Delaware
  • Michigan
  • Connecticut
  • New Hampshire
  • Massachusetts
  • Maryland
  • Washington, D.C.
