Commercial Roof Inspector

Tidewater Roofing is looking for a Commercial & Multifamily Roof Inspector to join our team. This role is critical in our estimating process, serving as the boots on the ground for gathering and organizing all necessary onsite data. If you have an eye for detail, experience in roofing inspections, and the ability to work closely with estimators and account managers, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct thorough roof inspections on commercial and multifamily properties to assess conditions for estimating.
• Perform deficiency inspections to identify and document issues that need repair or replacement.
• Gather all onsite data , including measurements, material conditions, damage assessments, and necessary repairs.
• Organize and submit detailed reports, photos, and documentation to the estimating department for pricing and proposal development.
• Work hand-in-hand with account managers and estimators to ensure all project details are accurately captured.
• Utilize CompanyCam or other software for real-time reporting and data organization.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in commercial or multifamily roofing inspections preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document roof conditions.
• Ability to work independently in the field while coordinating with the office team.
• Experience with roofing materials, systems, and common deficiencies.
• Comfortable using technology for capturing and submitting inspection data.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
