The CARFAX Vehicle History Report is the industry standard, delivering more insight into a vehicle's history than any other source. Our Banking and Insurance Group (BIG) supports hundreds of banks and credit unions that rely on CARFAX as an integral part of their loan prospect lead generation, loan underwriting, title research, and collections/skip tracing and remarketing. The Operations Coordinator is based in our Centreville, VA office and will provide operational support across the team.
What you'll be doing:
- Create daily and monthly reports that measure performance of the different teams
- Process contracts, price increases and extractions to include interpreting contract terms, applying established business rules, and accurate set up in the billing system
- Manage expenses including travel, department activities, mailings, etc.
- Audit commission files
- Create documents, excel spreadsheets, and build PowerPoint presentations
- Help plan and coordinate team events and other meetings throughout the year
- Work with department staff on escalated issues, including contacting customers directly when needed
- Other tasks as assigned
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years prior operational-administrative experience
- Highly organized and efficient
- Ability to multi-task/prioritize and work well under time constraints
- Accurate with strong attention to detail
- Commitment to providing superior service
- Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs including advanced excel skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
- Salesforce experience is a plus
