Job Title: Floating Phlebotomist - Warrenton

Job Description

The primary role of a Phlebotomist is to assist in performing various assigned duties, troubleshooting, training, and making workflow recommendations. This position requires expertise in blood draws, labeling specimens, and other related tasks.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Phlebotomy and blood draw techniques.
• Experience in specimen collection for at least 1 year.
• Ability to handle hard-to-draw patients (Hard Stick Experience).
• EPIC Experience
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience working in medical, pediatric, and geriatric settings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
