Power Platform Developer

ITD is seeking an experienced and hands-on Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade business solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform suite. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and integration with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Dynamics 365.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and thrive in both independent and collaborative environments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps using Power Apps.

• Build and customize Power Pages for internal and external users.

• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate (Flows).

• Implement and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (forms, views, plug-ins, workflows, BPFs).

• Configure and manage Dataverse environments, including data modelling and integrations.

• Work with SharePoint Online, SPFx, Microsoft 365, and PowerShell scripting.

• Utilize Microsoft Copilot Studio to extend intelligent capabilities across solutions.

• Lead workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

• Develop mockups/prototypes and present design solutions.

• Participate in Agile SDLC processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Implement DevOps practices for Power Platform using Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Power Platform and Dynamics 365 issues.

• Define and enforce governance and standards for Power Platform usage within the organization.

Must Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.

• 5+ years designing, implementing, and migrating solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.

• 5+ years working with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, PowerShell scripting, and SPFx.

• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• 5+ years of custom development experience using .NET, C#, and JavaScript.

• 2+ years of experience with DevOps in Power Platform/D365 environments.

• 3+ years customizing and implementing Dynamics 365 components (forms, views, plug-ins, workflows, BPFs).

• 3+ years of experience with data integrations and migrations using Azure Synapse and/or Azure Data Factory.

• 8+ years of total IT experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer or PowerApps Professional.

• Experience with ALM Accelerator and Power Platform Pipelines.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD for Power Platform.

• Strong understanding of best practices and governance in Power Platform implementations.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
