Community Outreach Representative - Entry-Level
We’re hiring motivated, people-focused individuals to join our growing team and support meaningful nonprofit causes through direct, face-to-face community engagement.
In this entry-level role, you’ll be the public face of respected nonprofit organizations , educating, inspiring, and mobilizing communities around important missions. This is an ideal opportunity for outgoing, purpose-driven individuals looking to start a career in nonprofit outreach, public engagement, or communications.
What You’ll Do
Represent nonprofit partners at community events, outreach sites, and public activations
Engage the public in one-on-one conversations to raise awareness and encourage support
Clearly communicate nonprofit missions, values, and initiatives
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fundraising and outreach goals
Assist with event setup, teardown, and managing outreach displays
Track community interactions and gather feedback to optimize future campaigns
Participate in team meetings and training focused on communication, leadership, and advocacy
Who We’re Looking For

Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
High school diploma or equivalent (some college is a plus)
18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
No experience required — paid training provided
