Event Management Trainee - Entry Level
We are a fast-growing company that partners with nonprofit organizations and mission-driven brands to deliver high-impact live events and community outreach campaigns . We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Event Management Trainee to assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person marketing events .
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on experience in event management, event marketing, public engagement, and community outreach . No prior experience is required —we provide paid, comprehensive training and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the planning and execution of live marketing events and community outreach initiatives
Support event setup, breakdown, signage placement, materials preparation, and on-site logistics
Engage with event attendees and share information about nonprofit campaigns and brand initiatives
Help ensure events run smoothly and align with client goals and campaign objectives
Track basic event metrics, collect attendee feedback, and assist with post-event reporting
Collaborate with team members on public outreach strategies and promotional efforts
Qualifications:
No experience required — entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
Interest in event management, marketing, communications, or community outreach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
Availability for flexible scheduling , including evenings and weekends
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
