Position Summary: The Lead Receptionist is the face and voice of the community at the front desk and on the telephone. The lead receptionist will ensure that the community's level of 5-Star service and protocols are in place and always followed by department staff. Ensures the front desk is always staffed and will address higher level concerns from residents/family members or funnels them to the appropriate department head. As a Lead Receptionist at The Arbor Company, your work matters.
