V.P. of Marketing
Define clear marketing goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Partner with sales and culinary teams to create marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. Marketing & Brand Strategy Strengthen and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms, ensuring a compelling and differentiated market presence.
Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Work with external partners and market research firms to analyze consumer behavior and industry trends, using insights to guide product development and messaging. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and professional growth.
Oversee recruitment, training, and development to ensure the team stays ahead of industry trends.
Create a collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, strategic thinking, and excellence. Performance & Budget Management Optimize and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact.
Monitor marketing performance metrics and analyze ROI, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Provide regular budget and performance reports to senior leadership. Market Research & Insights Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to keep our brand innovative.
Partner with third-party market research firms to provide data-driven insights that support our culinary and sales teams.
Leverage insights to guide product development, brand positioning, and campaign execution. What We're Looking For Experience & Background Proven leadership experience in a senior marketing role, such as Vice President of Marketing, Senior Director of Marketing, or similar.
Extensive experience developing and executing brand strategies, digital marketing initiatives, and market research programs.
Strong background in both B2B marketing and, ideally, emerging consumer brands (CPG).
Experience in multi-channel marketing, including digital, content, social media, and traditional marketing strategies. This is not a remote position—candidates must be able to work on-site. Skills & Competencies Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
