Competitive Pay Rates:
- PCA $15.00/hr
- CNA $16.50/hr
- Nursing Assistant $15.50/hr Earn an additional $0.50/hr raise after completing required training!

What You'll Do:
- Offer warm companionship & emotional support
- Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing & feeding
- Perform light housekeeping & laundry
- Help with meal prep and planning
- Provide medication reminders
- Support families using safe care techniques
What You'll Need:
- Valid PCA, CNA, or Nurse Aide certification (required)
- Compassion and respect for seniors
- Ability to follow individualized care plans
- Strong communication skills (phone & email)
- Reliable transportation + valid driver's license
- Able to lift at least 25 lbs
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability
- Must pass a background check
