Business Development Representative
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, outreach, and targeted market engagement
Build and manage relationships with commercial, municipal, and institutional clients
Conduct site assessments to understand scope, specifications, and contract requirements
Develop customized proposals for multi year service agreements and capital or enhancement opportunities
Present pricing packages and negotiate contract terms with key decision makers
Partner closely with operations to ensure accurate estimating and smooth project onboarding
Manage all activity within Salesforce to maintain clarity throughout the sales cycle
Represent Tri Scapes at industry events, associations, and relevant networking functions
Maintain a strong understanding of regional competition, market trends, and contracting opportunities Qualifications
Proven success in business to business sales, preferably in landscape services, construction, facilities management, or a related contracting industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision makers
Experience selling service agreements, projects, or contracted work
Highly motivated and goal oriented with the ability to manage multiple pursuits at once
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings What We Offer
