What You Need:

To be a successful Sales Manager, you will need to be a proven leader with high energy, persistence, can build professional relationships , and a desire to deliver world class customer service .

• Minimum 6 - 8 years of business-to-business sales & management experience.
• Experience leading both client account management and new business development.
• Proven sales record, strong business acumen, and organization skills.
• Proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision makers.

Things You Will Do:

As a Director of Sales & Marketing, you will drive new sales opportunities for both existing and new clients through the activities of the sales team. You will develop annual sales plans and objectives to grow the business and the team.

• You will oversee the sales team activities and provide coaching to consistently meet department goals.
• Attend existing and prospective client meetings with the sales team to build trusting relationships.
• Establish strong networking partnerships to drive referrals and trade associates.
• Create sales plans, manages administration functions, performance reporting, and streamline processes.
• Execute strategic marketing plans to enhance client communications and new sales opportunities.
