Infant Head Teacher | Nurturer of Foundations. Guardian of Trust.Age Group: 6 Weeks 18 Months
Compensation: $21$23 per hour (based on credentials and experience) The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Infant Head Teacher who understands that infants rely completely on the adults around them and who honors that responsibility with attentiveness, warmth, and consistency. This is not daycare -- This is early childhood education delivered with discipline and heart. Our top priority is delivering a great experience for children, their families, and the broader community. The Role -- As Infant Head Teacher, you will lead a calm, responsive, and developmentally rich classroom environment. You will:
- Follow individualized feeding, sleep, and care schedules with precision
- Build secure attachments through attuned, responsive interaction
- Observe and document developmental milestones
- Communicate proactively and clearly with families each day
- Maintain exceptional sanitation and safety standards
- Deliver Primroses exclusive Balanced Learning curriculum through age-appropriate engagement
- Lead your classroom with emotional steadiness and a consistent presence
- Deeply patient and attentive to subtle cues
- Emotionally regulated and calm under repetitive, high-needs conditions
- Experienced in infant development (5+ years strongly preferred)
- Skilled in building trust with families especially first-time parents
- Ready to help establish and uphold a high standard in a growing school
