As a Store Manager at L'Occitane, you will serve as the perfect host, curating a one-of -a-kind and immersive experience for our guests. - Previous supervisor experience in retail or hospitality management
- Strong Leadership and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude with background in a sales-driven environment
- Mindset focused on customer satisfaction (internal and external customers)
- Knowledge of skincare, body care and fragrance is beneficial.
- Experience with clienteling advantageous
- Basic Technology Skills
