General Production Worker

Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you will play an essential role in supporting multiple departments on the production floor. This facility specializes in printing and imaging for a variety of clients, ensuring a smooth production flow by setting up equipment, following work order instructions, and maintaining quality control of the product.

• Ensure consistent production flow.
• Set up equipment and follow work order instructions.
• Perform quality control checks on products.
• Operate machinery efficiently.
• Inspect products and maintain attention to detail.

• General labor experience.
• Ability to pay attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Capability to stand for 8 hours.
• Experience with machine operation.
• Ability to conduct inspections.

• Ability to read job tickets.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills.

This is a direct hire opportunity within a close-knit, family-oriented organization that values great tenure. There are ample opportunities for growth and development.

Work is conducted Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential overtime that may adjust start times to 5:00 AM. The role requires standing for long periods and a casual dress code.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dulles, VA.

The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $37440.00/yr.
