Hybrid Transportation Specialist

We’re growing and looking for a Hybrid Transportation Specialist to join our family. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in organization, and thrives in a fast‑paced dealership environment. You’ll support multiple departments, help keep our vehicle operations running smoothly, and play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Competitive compensation based on experience

• Monday through Friday schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM with a 1‑hour lunch (no weekends!)

• Drive company and customer vehicles safely around the dealership and to off‑site locations

• Write and review loaner contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Assist in managing loaner inventory, including tracking availability and vehicle condition

• Stage and organize key and vehicle inventory to maintain an efficient and orderly system

• Perform accounts receivable tasks such as logging payments or assisting with documentation

• Clean inventory vehicles to ensure they are presentable for customers and internal use

• Assist in hybrid tasks across departments including service, sales, and administrative support

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all dealership procedures and safety protocols

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities

• Professional communication and customer‑service mindset

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills; ability to learn dealership systems quickly
