We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Norfolk, Virginia. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to daily administrative operations while utilizing your organizational and technical skills. Responsibilities:• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
• Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for tasks such as performing VLOOKUP functions and managing data sets.
• Coordinate schedules and meetings using Microsoft Outlook.
• Support general administrative processes to ensure smooth office operations.
• Maintain attention to detail while handling multiple priorities.
• Independently resolve minor issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Provide support in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with VLOOKUP functions.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management.
• Ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in effectively managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
