Expert Spectral Integration Engineer
Program Overview
Engineering modernization and integration practices to include Digital Engineering and Agile at Scale for all of NGA, NSG, and ASG.
About The Role
We are seeking an Expert-Level Integration Engineer with deep experience integrating and deploying spectral exploitation tools that enable advanced analysis of literal and non-literal data. In this role, you will lead the engineering and deployment of a spectral exploitation environment that supports image scientists and integrates seamlessly within the broader NSG TCPED enterprise.
You’ll work at the intersection of systems engineering, image science, and software development—ensuring tools, applications, and infrastructure interoperate to deliver reliable, end-to-end mission capabilities while preserving the integrity of a complex system-of-systems environment.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Government stakeholders, shaping vision, strategy, and technical roadmaps for spectral exploitation capabilities.
Lead the design, integration, and deployment of a PED environment for spectral exploitation, enabling advanced tradecraft for image scientists.
Translate mission and customer needs into actionable system and capability requirements.
Oversee systems integration activities to ensure interoperability across tools, applications, and enterprise services.
Drive requirements traceability across architectures, workflows, and system interfaces to improve automation, performance, and scheduling.
Support strategic technical planning, including performance engineering, risk management, interface design, and project execution.
Collaborate closely with systems engineers, developers, and image scientists to deliver cohesive, mission-ready solutions across the NSG TCPED enterprise.
Why This Role Matters
Your expertise will directly enable advanced GEOINT and spectral analysis missions by delivering a resilient, integrated exploitation environment that image scientists rely on to generate timely, high-confidence intelligence.
