Client Relations Associate - Entry Level

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Relations Associate to help strengthen client partnerships and support the seamless execution of high-impact event marketing campaigns .
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback, ensuring a responsive and professional experience.
Assist in the coordination and execution of event marketing campaigns , aligning strategies with client goals.
Prepare client proposals, presentations, and reports to support strategic recommendations and campaign planning.
Manage client accounts and projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget requirements .
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics , providing actionable insights and regular updates to clients.
Support event logistics , including venue setup, inventory management, and on-site assistance to ensure flawless execution.
Build and maintain strong client relationships , demonstrating commitment to their success and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business , or related field preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills , with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Highly organized , detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Passion for marketing and events , with a drive for continuous learning and professional growth.
