Warehouse Personnel

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, organize, load, unload, and transfer flooring materials and related products between warehouse and project locations
• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory and assist with inventory counts and stock organization
• Prepare materials and orders for delivery or pickup
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently

Maintenance & Handiwork

• Perform general handiwork and basic maintenance repairs at multiple company sites
• Conduct minor repairs using standard hand and power tools
• Address routine facility maintenance tasks including adjustments, repairs, and upkeep
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving minor operational or facility issues

Equipment Operation

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers
• Load and move flooring materials, pallets, and equipment as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and equipment guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, maintenance, construction, or flooring industry experience preferred
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Experience operating forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage inventory responsibilities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks across multiple sites
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 60 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and move throughout warehouse and job site environments
• Comfortable working in warehouse, loading, and field conditions

Scope: 50% handyman work, repairs, and maintenance; 50% warehouse duties
