Project Coordinator (Temporary Position)

Founded in 2008 and headquartered in the Washington, DC area, Greenleaf Integrative’s mission is to equip helpers, healers, and protectors to better handle trauma. We are a seasoned small business consulting firm serving government entities, domestic nonprofits, and international nongovernmental organizations (iNGOs). Through fieldwork, organizational consulting, and leadership advice, we have operationalized wellbeing and implemented trauma-responsive policies, processes, and programs.

This Project Coordinator is responsible for the smooth operation of an impact evaluation using a stepped-wedge design for a short-term project that expires June 30, 2026. The project is an impact evaluation for five healthcare centers training medical staff on psychosocial trauma and cultural humility in the care of diverse Medicaid populations. The Project Coordinator reports to Dr. Siddharth Ashvin Shah.

  • Part Time Hourly

  • Ranging from 10 - 20 hours/week

  • Remote, Virginia or Minnesota based candidates preferred

  • Salary commensurate to experience

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrive to all meetings with prepared agenda, and lead meetings with an eye to completing agenda on time with next steps documented

  • Track progress in multi-center, multi-step evaluation process

  • Utilize exceptional emotional intelligence with external stakeholders on a day-to-day basis

  • Generate feasible solutions for roadblocks

  • Assist with generation of quarterly progress reports and full summary report

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 3 years of working in a coordinating role and engaging with a diverse set of stakeholders

  • Strong communicator, excellent verbal communication and writing skills

  • Ability to drive activities forward with discipline and, when necessary, agility for adjustments

  • Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity

  • English written and spoken proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in mental health, social work, public health, scientific research, or related field

  • Experience conducting stepped-wedge design with multiple partners or sites

  • Experience with State Medicaid services

  • Experience with Integrated behavioral health care (IBH)

  • Experience engaging language translation services
