Paraprofessional

Position : Paraprofessional / Classroom Aide.

Location : Leesburg, VA
Pay: $20–$22/hr

AB Staffing Solutions is hiring licensed Paraprofessionals to support students in local schools for the 25/26 school year.

Quick Details:

• Full-time: 37.5 hours/week.
• Contract follows the school district calendar.
• Placement matched to your experience and preference.

What You’ll Do:

• Support students 1:1 or in small groups.
• Assist teachers with lesson activities and classroom routines.
• Help implement behavior and support plans.
• Observe and document student progress.
• Prepare materials and maintain an organized classroom.
• Assist with basic clerical tasks as needed.

Requirements (Must Have):

• Virginia Paraprofessional License (ELS – Paraprofessional).
• Experience with preschool or school-aged children.
• Special education experience preferred.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask in a classroom setting.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs (up to 40 lbs infrequently).
