$15 - $20 hourly

• Prepare documents, correspondence, inventories, accountings, and asset allocation schedules
• Assist with asset funding, beneficiary updates, and trust transfer documents
• Coordinate with financial institutions, CPAs, and clients to organize and gather required information
• Maintain organized case files and meet critical deadlines
• Guide successor trustees and families through the administration process with empathy and clarity
• Support attorneys and staff in delivering peace of mind to every client we serve

• Preferrably 2-3 years of experience in trust administration, probate, or estate planning
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple manner is essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professionalism and kindness in client facing situations
• Familiarity with estate planning documents and trust funding best practices
• Familiarity with drafting software for estate planning documents is a plus
