Pay: Hourly + Commission (Annual Earnings $30K–$40K).

As a key member of our high-energy, high-volume Business Development Center (BDC), you will be the friendly voice helping customers schedule essential service appointments for their vehicles. With locations spanning Chester, Richmond, Petersburg, and Williamsburg, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support.

Your Role:
- Manage Inbound & Outbound Calls: Respond to customers’ service inquiries and proactively reach out to existing customers to schedule timely service appointments.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Build rapport with customers, address their service needs, and ensure every interaction is positive and professional.
- Maximize Opportunities: Use your skills to upsell services, generate repeat business, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate Across Locations: Work seamlessly with the service departments across multiple locations in Chester, Richmond, Petersburg, and Williamsburg.
